Terms of Use

Scope

This page describes what can be verified about the build of www.vipstudy.uk and nothing beyond that. The site is a static publication: every page is a file built in advance and served from a content delivery network. There is no server-side application behind it, no user account, and no form, input field or upload control of any kind anywhere on the site.

Because nothing can be typed in, submitted, registered or uploaded, these terms cannot describe conditions for creating, suspending, terminating or transferring anything. No visitor-generated content exists on this site, so there is nothing here for a usage rule to govern beyond reading the published pages and following the links they contain.

The build carries no e-mail address, telephone number, postal address or contact form. That absence means this page cannot promise a complaints channel, a response time, or a named counterparty.

Links

This site runs no gambling service of its own. An operator link on this site never opens the operator directly. It is an address on this domain that answers with a redirect and hands the visitor onward to the operator's own tracking address. The build defines ten such redirect rules, and every one of their destinations sits outside this domain.

Every one of those links is marked as a sponsored link and opens in a separate tab. Clicking one moves the reader from this static publication to a separate site that receives the request directly and keeps its own record of it. The reader's relationship with that operator begins the moment the operator's own page loads, not before. Anything promised, offered or disclosed from that point on is the operator's statement, not a statement of this site.

Everything a page on this site needs to display — styles, scripts, fonts and images — is loaded from this domain itself. No third-party server is contacted while a page is being shown, so nothing outside this domain is involved until a link is actually followed.

Publication

The published inventory of this site is fixed at build time: the sitemap lists a single address. Every page carries a publication date and a modification date in its structured data, and the modification date matches the date the sitemap itself publishes, so a reader can always tell which version of the text they are looking at.

A request for an address that does not exist on this site returns a page marked so that search engines are told not to index or follow it, and that page immediately forwards the visitor back to the home page. A mistyped or expired address therefore cannot turn into a page of its own or carry any separate meaning.

Because the site publishes no company name, no jurisdiction, and no procedure for handling a complaint, none is invented here to fill the gap. The reader is better served by knowing plainly that these things are absent than by a borrowed clause that this build does not support. Any terms that actually govern a transaction, a wager or an account belong to the operator reached after a link is followed, not to this page.
